1 cup packed dark brown sugar1 tablespoon all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon salt1 egg white1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 cups chopped pecansMix together until smooth: sugar, flour and salt. Set aside. In separate bowl, beat eggvwhite until stiff. Fold sugar mixture into stiffened eggvwhite. Add pecans and vanilla. Stir gently. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto heavily greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees F (135 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes until brown. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
