Healthy Salads: Greek Pasta Salad | Submitted By: Sara Hardy

1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta1/4 cup vegetable oil1 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon garlic salt2 tomatoes, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 sweet onion, chopped1 cucumber, coarsely chopped1 cup black olives, choppedCook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain, and rinse in cold water. In a small bowl, mix together oil, lemon juice, basil, garlic salt, and black pepper. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, cucumber, and black olives. Add dressing, and toss to coat. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
