New Year: Spicy Ice Cream-Citrus Punch | Submitted By: CHEFTARAH

6 eggs1/4 cup white sugar1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground cloves1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened1/4 cup fresh lemon juice1 1/2 quarts orange juice3 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles ginger ale sodaBeat the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and frothy. Mix in the sugar, cinnamon, and cloves until the sugar dissolves. Beat in the vanilla ice cream, lemon juice, and orange juice on low speed. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Just before serving, stir in the ginger ale. Amount Per Serving  Calories: 138 | Total Fat: 4.6g | Cholesterol: 75mg
