Sugar Substitute Recipes: Microwave Peach Plum Butter

1 cup finely chopped, peeled peaches1 cup pitted, chopped plums1 tablespoon water1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 cup granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)Combine peaches, plums, and water in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl. Heat in the microwave on high in 3 minute intervals, stirring between heating, until mixture is very thick, about 15 minutes. Stir in the cinnamon, ginger, and sweetener.
